I taught my first workshop today.
haha, taught all my closest friends how to dougie (we were like 20 deep!). we ran it like a legit workshop with select mens and women’s groups! and although not everyone got it down, I had the time of my life helping my friends get out of their comfort zones and learn.
We had our second annual MLK Celebration (Merry Late Christmas) and it was a blast. God really has blessed me with some of the best people around. I had to take a step back to observe and absorb the love, the friendship and the fellowship. It got a little emotional for me cuz in the midst of the joy and laughter, all I could think about was Australia and leaving behind my best friends, my family. I don’t know what I’d be or who I’d be without you guys, real talk. Y’all are the best people anyone could ask for and I mean that. We’re getting older and things are gonna start to change, but my hope is in the Lord and I trust that no matter where we are, we all will stay connected through Him. More than just teaching y’all how to dougie (literally), there is an unparalleled joy that comes with being able to impart myself to you all. Each one of you has left an indelible mark on my heart and soul, and I can’t thank you enough for being a vital part of my life. My heart is overwhelmed with love for all of you.
I find it beautiful that immediately after our get together, we served together to prepare coffee and bread for the early morning ministry. Just goes to show your quality in character and integrity. It is my honor and pleasure to not only share the good and great times with you, but to grind and serve side by side with some of the Kingdom’s best.
I don’t say it enough, and show it even less, but I LOVE you guys. Really, from the bottom of my heart, you guys mean so much to me.
Merry Christmas from Afghanistan!!!

my hair is getting long.
new additions to the fam.
I look like a child. haha
Started off as a normal morning drive to work on a rainy day. Before I knew it, I was pulled over in the carpool lane, helping a woman and her child get out of their wrecked car.
This is probably my favorite picture from last saturday. That dish i’m holding was DELICIOUS. Anyways, I rarely like candids of myself but hey, I like this one.
